Wednesday and Wine

It's hump day....and the hardest week of the year to maintain your sleep pattern!  I have not adjusted to the time change.  Maybe in a few days, but in the meantime, check out this recipe for a great way to add some wine and fruit to your diet!

Tutti Frutti Wine

1 1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of salt
cinnamon stick
4 purple plums - diced
2 peaches - diced
4 apricots

Combine all ingredients except plums, peaches and apricots.  Cook to a boil, allow to cool,  then pour liquid over fruit and refrigerate.  Let me know what you think!
