Look what I made for dinner last night!
Have you ever grilled salmon on a cedar plank? This meal is so easy.
Buy your salmon
Buy your Cedar plank (I like William Sonoma)
Slice up some mushrooms, red, green and yellow peppers and red onions
Buy a baking potato of your choice.
Soak your plank for 3 hours, place on grill on Med-High heat.
Wet potato, sprinkle outer skin with salt and bake at 425°, depending on size may take 1.5 hours.
Place your veggies on a skewer.
Salt and pepper salmon and veggies to taste.
Drizzle veggies and salmon with olive oil.
When plank begins to smoke, place your salmon and your skewer on grill, then grill until done, depending on the size, usually around 10 minutes on med heat.
