We have a lovely French cafe in town, Brasserie Max and Julie's . The Brunch they offer on Saturday and Sunday mornings is unique, with very tasty blends of different foods.
I would like to feature my favorite dish there, even though there are many delicious choices. Popular items on their menu are Crepes Sucrees and Gaufres Salees in various combinations... so far...because I am not finished trying dishes... is the Gaufres Salees (salted waffle), with Smoked Salmon, Asparagus and a Poached Egg. Melt in your mouth, exploding with flavor, creating a calming effect! I am serious!
Now you see why I woke up thinking of food! wouldn't you?
