What's for Lunch or maybe Dinner?

Good Monday morning!
Remember the Crock Pot Roast a few blogs ago?  If not, you can go back and look!
Crock Pot Roast

I had some left over roast!  I love it because that means I can make French Dip sandwiches!  It's so easy and taste so good!

Here's what you do!

Heat up your roast beef with a small amount of leftover gravy in the microwave until warm. 
Toast your bread!
Mix up some Au Jus...I use the envelope mix from the Grocery store, My Favorite is

Spread Horseradish on your toast.
Place roast beef on bread.  Hoagie Rolls are best if you have them on hand!
Slice in Half.


Start Dipping!

Serve with some of your favorite fruit and chips.

This roast make the absolutely BEST French Dip Sandwich!
