I say Fudge, you say Peanut Butter~~

Like fudge? Let's make some...YES! in the microwave~~

4 Cups Sugar
1 Can Evaporated Milk (14 oz)
1 Cup Butter
1 Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bits (12 oz)
1 Jar Marshmallow Creme (7 oz)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

FudgeMixtureMix sugar, milk, and butter in a 4-5 qrt microwavable bowl.

Cook on Hi for 20-22 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until a few drops in cold water form a ball or 234° on candy thermometer.
Stir in Chocolate bits and marshmallow creme until completely blended.
Add vanilla.
Add nuts.

Stir until all is incorporated.

Pour mixture into 9 x 13 glass dish.
Let stand until cool.
Slice to your desired size.

I use the edge of a medal spatula for slicing instead of a knife.  It makes a smoother edge!

Peanut Butter Fudge anyone?

Use the same recipe above, with these changes.

Add 1/2 cup smooth Peanut Butter, not the Chocolate Bits.
Add 1/4 cup Marshmallow Creme, not the Jar.
Add pecans, not the walnuts.
Add 1/2 Cup of Butter, not the 1 Cup.

That's it!

Want some Chocolate with that Peanut Butter Fudge?
When you remove from Microwave, sprinkle the top with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bits and gently press into mixture.

I made both!
