Cream Cheese Salsa Roll Ups

Easy, Easy, recipe for a snack and good enough to serve your guests for your Cinco de Mayo celebration!

CREAM CHEESE SALSA ROLL UPS

Ingredients:

4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp salsa, (I like mine HOT)
1/2 to 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese
Chili Powder (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
4 6" tortillas

Directions:

Mix cream cheese with salsa
Spread over each tortilla
Sprinkle pepper and chili powder
Sprinkle with Cheese
Roll up each tortilla tight
Slice each tortilla into 5 slices







Perfect for salsa dipping!

  1. We put out a block of cream cheese and then pour salsa over the top and serve with chips. I love this idea of mixing the mixture together and rolling it up in tortillas, what a great idea! Thanks so much for sharing. Have a great weekend!
