Roasted Peppers

Who doesn't love peppers? They are full of color with an explosion of flavor. You can use them in your recipes for added flavors or serve them alone as a side dish. Want to know how to roast them?

Roasted Bell Peppers
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
1 red onion
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425

Slice your peppers and onion
Spray or Sprinkle baking sheet with Olive Oil
Lay slices on baking sheet
Stir or Flip over to lightly coat all with the Oil
Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper
Bake for 20-30 minutes

That's it!  Very tasty and a great addition to any meal.
