Chocolate Almond Cupcakes with Coconut

So, I am having chocolate cravings and I am always craving coconut.  I opened my pantry to see what I could find.  There it was.. A chocolate cake mix, coconut and almonds.  With these ingredients you all know what came to mind~~~cupcakes~~

Chocolate almond Cupcakes with Coconut

Preheat oven 350°
1 Box Betty Crocker Super     Moist Milk Chocolate Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Hershey's syrup
1 envelope whipped topping
1 tsp Almond extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds


Mix all ingredients for 8 minutes
Pour batter into cupcake holders and bake until toothpick inserted removes clean.



4 tbsp cocoa
2 cups + Powder sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 heavy whipping cream


Beat all ingredients until smooth enough for piping, adding drops of water till you reach the proper consistency.
