Cajun Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Back by popular demand!  That's right, this was by far my most popular post from 2013 and for those of you that haven't  seen it, you'll be happy you stopped into my kitchen.

I love them

Prepared every way
When I am preparing baked, grilled or broiled fish, I like to use an easy full of flavor technique for my potatoes.
Try this, you will like it!

Cajun Crispy Smashed New Potatoes

New potatoes (your desired amount)
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Slap ya Momma Seasoning
Boil Potatoes
Spray or sprinkle Baking sheet with Olive Oil
Place cooked potatoes on sheet
Smash potatoes
Brush with Olive Oil
Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
Sprinkle with Slap ya Momma

Bake at 450° for 25 minutes on top rack or until golden and crispy on top
Flavor goes with EVERYTHING!
