Chicken Soup in the Crock Pot!

Six more weeks of Winter!  YIKES! 

Time to make more soup~~~

Chicken Soup in the Crock Pot

4 Chicken Breast - cubed
2 cups Carrots - sliced
1 Yellow Onion - sliced/chopped
3 stems Rosemary
1 carton Chicken Broth
3 Ginger Slices
1 cup Egg Noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive Oil


Drizzle olive oil in bottom of Crock Pot
Place Chicken cubes in bottom
Place onions and carrots over chicken
Pour chicken broth over contents
cook on High for 4 hours
Add egg noodle 
Cook on low for 30 minutes
Ready to serve!

Shopped celery can be added for additional taste....
