Drunk Chicken

Time to pull out the grill.  Here is a recommendation to start your grilling season off with a BANG!

Drunk Chicken

1 whole chicken

Olive Oil - lightly coated
Seasoning-I used Tony's-Slap Ya Momma -Garlic Salt (shown in photo)
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 Potato 





Directions:


Clean out chicken
Spray or lightly rub olive inside and out
Pour 1/2 can of beer into bowl
Add vinegars to beer
Spray Chicken with wet mixture
Pat seasoning mixture inside and out
Remove the top of the beer can
Place chicken standing up over beer can
Place potato in the chicken
Cook on grill for 1 1/2  to 2 hours if using 350°
Remove form heat
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing
