

Easter Sugar Cookies with Sour Cream
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat Oven 350°
Preheat Oven 350°
Mix in sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Chill dough (at least 1 hour)
Roll on a floured surface and cut with cookie cutters
Bake 8-10 minutes
I decorated with Cream Cheese icing and sprinkled with Spring colors candy sugar. I used mini chocolate chips for eyes.
